A renovation by renowned Flemish villa designer and builder Vlassak-Verhulst transformed this listed building into a contemporary home, partly thanks to the floor in Continental Oak Megève Lava Hardwax planks in random width.

The deep, warm hue of the treated Continental Oak flooring combines beautifully with the rest of the interior design.
Belgium luxury at its finest: big gestures, bold choices, real materials and more is less.
Each architecture, whether old or newer, comes with its own narrative and character. The designer’s challenge is to understand the potential and legacy of old and new stories.
The direction of a wide plank floor is partly a personal decision. Would you like to widen, deepen, or elongate the space?
Lovely see-through from the dining to the lounge area. Instead of distracting, the continuating Megève-coloured planks help in achieving a sense of oneness.
Pre-finished by hand, our Megève effect makes the Oak surface denser and harder, revealing a deeply textured grain with lively accents and moderate variation in colour and structure.
